Listening to a Little Blues This Evening

I stumbled upon this tonight on YouTube and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have always had a soft spot in my heart for the blues. I always think of my brother George when I listen to the blues since he loved it so.

This features Memphis Slim on the piano and Matt Murphy on the guitar on most of the songs but also includes the incomparable Sonny Boy Williamson II  for a set as well. Then we hear some “Boogey-type blues,” which will put a little spring in your step.

Definitely worth a listen if you lean towards the blues.
