Yesterday we took the day off and went to the Dallas Museum of Art.  What else do you do when the rain has forced you to cancel your garage sale?

The exhibition was fantastic.  It was entitled Mexico 1900 – 1950: Diego Rivera, Frida Kahlo, Jose Clemente Orozco, and the Avant-Garde.

I was struck with the sheer number of art patrons at the museum.  It was teeming with museum-goers of all ages, who were especially taken with this exhibit.  Here are some photos to illustrate why this was such a wonderful art experience.

This is just the tip of the iceberg.  My phone battery died about half way through the exhibition. There is lots more!

I highly recommend taking time out of your busy day and going to see this exhibition.  It is beautiful, inspiring and educational.
