“Here, Memaw, have a little bit of the blanket, it’s chilly.”
“Look at that cloud, Memaw. Isn’t it beautiful?”
“Mama, could you pick some oranges and make juice for me, Memaw, and Papa?”
“I love it here, Memaw. Don’t you?”
“Yes, baby, I do.”

Mark this as one of my favorite days in my entire life.
Add that over the past 24 hours, I have seen all five of my grandkids,
all three daughters, and all three sons-in-law.
All were peaceful, healthy, solid, and full of love.
Color me a happy human being.

Thank you, dear Lord, for the many blessings of this life.
I pray that love and peace will fill our world,
this day and evermore.
