Take a step
You can't stay here
Life is over there
Smiling at you
A red-tailed hawk
Glides through the indigo sky
Come, it sings
Don't be afraid
The rope bridge sways
As I inch forward
Turquoise water
Glistens far below
The red-tail circles
I quell my fears
A verdant forest
Waits on the other side

I just realized how this poem very much relates to your and Olive’s move! Thanks for helping me see that, my friend.
