NAAN PIZZA
Tonight we are making naan pizza. It’s fast, it’s easy, and it’s delicious.
Here’s the recipe for those of you craving quick and easy pizza.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 naan pieces of naan
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Vegetables of your choice (we’re using black and green olives, jalapenos, and onions)
- Cooked meat of your choice (we’re using smoked turkey marinated in barbecue sauce)
- Chopped basil and arugula (garnish)
- Parmesan cheese (optional garnish)
- Red pepper flakes (optional garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cover 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Pre-bake the naan bread in the oven right on the middle rack for 2 minutes. Flip and bake for another 2 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the oven. Spread each piece of naan with about 3 tablespoon pizza sauce, and add toppings and mozzarella.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes or until the cheese melts and lightly browns. Top with chopped basil or arugula, parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes.
