Naan Pizza for Dinner

NAAN PIZZA

Tonight we are making naan pizza. It’s fast, it’s easy, and it’s delicious.

Here’s the recipe for those of you craving quick and easy pizza.

I have also included photos.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 naan pieces of naan
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Vegetables of your choice (we’re using black and green olives, jalapenos, and onions)
  • Cooked meat of your choice (we’re using smoked turkey marinated in barbecue sauce)
  • Chopped basil and arugula (garnish)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional garnish)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Cover 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Pre-bake the naan bread in the oven right on the middle rack for 2 minutes.  Flip and bake for another 2 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove from the oven.  Spread each piece of naan with about 3 tablespoon pizza sauce, and add toppings and mozzarella.
  4. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until the cheese melts and lightly browns.  Top with chopped basil or arugula, parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes.
