Ray and I are in Austin visiting our extended family here. We had dinner tonight with lots of nieces, nephews, cousins, and sister-in-laws. We also saw our new great-niece, who is a contemporary of our grandchild, Luna.
Lots of love, laughter, good food and positive energy. Hard to beat all of that. Thank you, Lee and Elaine Leatherwood, for hosting such a lovely evening.
Tomorrow, Ray and I head to Round Rock to pick up a Silverstream trailer we’ve bought for the orange grove in California. But first, it goes to Sherman for a trial run.
I am off to bed. A great day and now I am ready for a solid and sound good night sleep.
Good night to all.

The excitement around you never stops. Wonderful idea for this picture. Have you noticed from the angle the photo was taken and the wind in the staircase, the grouping is in the shape of a canoe? ๐ Attractive.
Thanks, Tess. No I hadn’t noticed the shape. Cool!
Wish I’d known you were here- just to get a hug ! Nancilynn

A hug would’ve have been nice, Nancilynn!
Love that cozy canoe (I agree, Tess!) going down the staircase…and how cute the fellow at the top bowing over to get in view. I was scanning the faces to see who you might resemble amongst the Leatherwood clan. lol
Yes, lots of resemblance among the Leatherwoods. There were a few missing due to conflicts, but that is a good representation of the Austin Leatherwood clan.
