Sometimes life feels off
Passing by without a nod
Tail lights in the night
What is the secret
To make that reconnection?
A glance of “Oh,yes.”
Life changes so fast
The moon rises many times
New friends become old

Len,
I was at another conference this week for patient advocates. A speaker spoke of the 15/5
rule that is used many places in service industries: Acknowledge everyone within 15 feet and speak to everyone within 5 feet. EVERY Person, in the Renaissance Hotel practiced it I noticed. It made a difference!
I was reminded of it after reading this lovely poem.
Very interesting, Nancilynn. I like that. I think I’ll put that into practice beginning today.
You feel like an old friend to me, someone I’ve known a long time. Love the poem.
You feel like an old friend to me, too. Glad you liked the poem.
So crisp, and true!!
