We have indeed made it back from Spain after an absolutely wonderful time. The only downside to the trip is recovering from the dreaded jet lag, which is still dragging me down a bit. I expect to be back to my old self by tomorrow, I hope, and will tell you in more detail about our Spanish adventures.

In the meantime, I’d like to report that I spied a zombie and a couple of werewolves lurking around the orange grove last this afternoon. Luckily, they lingered just long enough for me to snap a picture before I heard a yelp from the little one, and off they went. My sense is they planned to join a gathering of other scary characters, where who-knows-what might happen before this All Hallows’ Eve is over.

Best stay inside in case they choose to lie in wait in your neighborhood.
