Today, we visited the Reina Sofia Museum, which was filled to the brim with wonderful art. I have included many photos (I took at least twice as many but didn’t want to overwhelm you). We also walked through the botanical gardens, which were truly lovely.

The quality of the art here is beyond my wildest expectations. Pure love.

Tomorrow, we head to the Prado. We are both excited about that. Ray has been looking at the collections there. “Tomorrow’s going to be a great day,” he just said.

Lots of walking. Good food. A fair number of European tourists, but not so many as to overwhelm. Many fewer American tourists.

Excellent trip so far.
