Today at St. Thomas the Apostle, Hollywood, Where I Served as Sub-Deacon and Ray Spoke as Rector’s Warden

Today, I served for the first time in a while as the sub-deacon in the altar party at St. Thomas the Apostle, Hollywood. Also, today, Ray spoke to the congregation about his role as rector’s warden. If you’re curious to see what a high Anglo-Catholic Mass looks like (1:58) or would like to hear my reading of the epistle (approx. 30:34) or Father’s excellent sermon (approx. 38:50) or Ray’s talk about his role as rector’s warden (53:54), then just move the the red dot to that time on the recording. However, you might enjoy simply watching the entire Mass. It is beautiful and filled with lovely music as well.

Ray says in his talk that St. Thomas the Apostle has become our family. This is very true and fills my heart with gratitude to be surrounded by such love.
