Hi all,

Thank you for your kind words and support during my little grandson Ethan’s recovery from burns received from a sand-covered campfire at the beach. I am happy to report that his hands are almost completely healed, and his little feet are coming along. He is doing some walking, but his feet are clearly still very sore where the third-degree burns were, particularly on his toes. Still, he’s been quite the trooper and is walking more daily. He goes back to the burn unit tomorrow for another treatment, which, of course, is no fun for him or anyone else since they have to do another deep cleaning. But the good news is that he’s truly on the mend, and all will be well over time.
