The quote, "Strange Tooth in a pie. Purchaser Indignant"
Came from the Washington Times, July 6, 1907
I think we'd all like to think
that an unsavory discovery
like a "strange tooth" appearing in food
is relegated to the distant past
when sanitation and health department standards
were not as high as today
Unfortunately, just a few years back
Two friends of ours were eating in
a Tex-Mex restaurant in Southern Oklahoma
When one friend discovered
a dog tooth in his enchilada
Needless to say, they didn't recommend this restaurant
