Our Welsh friends, Jan and Rich, came up to Ojai for a visit. Here they are in front of our Buddha, who is a fairly large fellow.

Jan and Rich visiting Buddha in our orange grove
Besides meeting and playing with 14-month-old grandson Ethan, visiting with Liz and Ron, and touring the orange grove, Rich and Jan had lunch at an Ojai favorite: family-owned Ojai Tortilla House, located at 104 N Signal St Ojai. This place is only open until two pm, takes only cash, and is only take-out. However, there is always a line to get in because the servings are very generous and the food is delicious. Jan declared her black bean, rice, and chicken burrito the best she’d ever eaten.
The tortillas are homemade, the ingredients very fresh, and there are burritos, tacos, and quesadillas. Also, the prices are reasonable.
So, if you are in the mood for an excellent Mexican meal, then consider Ojai Tortilla Company. You can’t go wrong.

That looks delicious, Len! And now you can tell the difference between the red and the green salsa! Eating pulls in all the senses…glorious!!
Absolutely, Kelly! I love green salsa. My favorite. Thanks for commenting, my dear.
