Ray and I are heading off tomorrow for a short trip to Paris. About a month ago, Ray broached the subject of going for a visit to our favorite art museums. Never to be one to quash a great idea, I immediately jumped on board. (You can always count on me when it comes to travel or a good movie, FYI).

We’re going only for 8 days and tomorrow we’ll fly Air France from LAX in the early evening.

We’ve been working hard and I’m very happy to have a whole week of nothing but vacation. It’s going to be chilly and rainy there, but we don’t care. We live in Southern California. We get great weather most of the time without ever leaving home. So, we’re taking umbrellas, raincoats, and boots and will look forward to less tourist-filled streets since it’s off-season. Besides, we’ll be inside art museums most of the time anyway.

I’ll post while we’re there and will share a photo or two.

Have to wrap up now since I need to head to bed. We still have a fair amount to do before heading out tomorrow.
