Today was the wedding of Will Griffith and Dory Johnson at St. James Episcopal Church in Dallas Will is the son of two of our friends in Texas, Dav and Carol Griffith. We had hoped to attend the wedding but didn’t want to be out of town so soon after Nico’s surgery. Instead, Dav sent us a link to the wedding recording on YouTube. While it was clearly not the same as being present, I was very pleased to get to witness Will and Dory exchange marriage vows. I also loved seeing how gorgeous Dory looked in her lovely wedding dress, how handsome Will was in his tux, and how lovely all the bridesmaids and groomsmen were in their formal wedding attire. Overall, it was a touching marriage service with lots of good advice on love from the priest.
