Ray has just arrived home after a week in Texas. That’s good news.
I have been up since 6 am.
I think now that life is back to normal, I’ll head to bed.
This is not going to be 20 minutes of writing today, but I am proud of myself that I’m even posting at all.
I think I’ll share a link that I discovered for my online writing class the other day that is very good. This is on vulnerability by researcher Brene Brown.
Let me know what you think if you watch it. I found it compelling and a great reminder of what’s important in life.

And with that contribution, I am heading straight to bed.
Good night, folks.
