“The Jungle” on Sawtelle near Missouri in West LA. Lots of goodies and many are on sale.

Beautiful colors and condition.

See what I mean? I guess not all cactus…

What a beauty!

Lots of variety.

And more inside…

An orchids. Beautiful.

And more orchids…

Just in case you need more incentive…
Carlos runs the place and is very nice.
Check it out. There are even 2 other nurseries within a block.
On that note, I bid you good night. A long day merits an early bedtime!

I used to love Cacti a long time ago and have forgotten about them. Had they gone out of fashion? Love your photos, Len. Today, I don’t have any window sills to perk up with potted flowers.
I think I remember a time with cacti were everywhere and then faded away. So, yes, I believe you’re right. But here they are very popular, particularly since they offer the benefit of needing little water – a big plus in an area where water is a concern.
