I love this list, Len!
Thanks, Chris. I thought of a few more things: Paris, Positano, train trips, toffee, cafe lattes, St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal church in Hollywood, hiking.
LIke I say, no effort to include everything and in no particular order.
How is the writing going, my dear?
Interesting. Maybe we should all try a list like this to read when we are down or life isn’t particularly co-operative. Wouldn’t it be the perfect time to realize, once again, how thankful we ought to be for the joyful parts of our lives.
Great idea, Len.
Hi Tess. I think you’re 100% right that this sort of list is great when you’re down. It helps you realize that there are all sorts of great little parts of our lives we can be thankful for. Thanks for your comments.
Len, you put me to task. I’ve often thought of the things I love but never put to paper. I think (hope) it will be a never ending list. Adding to daily would be nice. I read your blog everyday and love it!
Ah, Sue, I love that you read my blog. Thank you! I think it is a good idea to add to the list. Just today I thought I’d need to add all those great National Public Radio shows that air on Saturday: This American Life with Ira Glass; Wait, Wait, Don’t Tell Me; and The Splendid Table. I hope you make your list today.
We have a lot of likes in common. What is outlaw country?
Yes, I expect we do have a lot in common! Just from reading your blog, I can tell that.
Outlaw Country is an XM radio station that features old country songs. It’s great.
Thanks for your comments.
