Today, my computer’s power adaptor gave up the ghost (as
my mother would say) and I am left to file my daily post on my phone. Needless to say, I will be brief. Cough is better. Two more term papers near completion. New adaptor hopefully arrives tomorrow. I am a woman lost without a compuer, particularly since it is critical to my work. Thank God I emailed those term papers to my students before the Mac went down, down, down. Otherwise, tonight would not be so calm. Happy evening, folks.

I hear you. Without my computer it’s like I am missing a vital organ. I can’t function! Ooh boy, count your blessings that you are as caught up as you are with your work. It’ll be tough going for a small while, but you’ll be at peace soon enough!

Oh, I KNOW the feeling. Last fall, I had a tiny windfall and went out to buy myself a little notebook. In case of emergency, I would still be wired. It’s like the cellphone I never use but have been carrying around for so long “just in case”.

Thanks, Tess. Still waiting for my adaptor. It better come today. I played over 20 bucks for expedited shipping! This phone is great, but I can’t actually “write” on it. Back to waiting fr UPS!
